Mr. Ivan Bakulev was born in Moscow, Russian Federation.
​
He has completed his studies in Law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
​
Before joining N-Mining, Ivan has over 20 years of international experience in Law. He held various positions in the largest Companies in the industry of exploration and mining of minerals and precious metals in the Russian Federation.
​
His background includes such roles as General Counsel and member of the Board of Directors, as well as Head of the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of leading Companies in the field of Exploration and Mining, where he was able to obtain and expand his rich knowledge and experience.
​
Since April 2017, Ivan is based in Cyprus and became a part of N-Mining Limited as an Executive Director.
Mr. Siegfried Pasqual was born in Italy.
​
He has over 40 years of international experience in finance. For more than 15 years he was the consultant and financial advisor for a major Geneva Law firm.
Siegfried then established his own company, Gescoser International SA, advising clients on accounting, financial matters and set up of cross border structures.
​
During this time Siegfried has also served as director in two of the largest mineral groups in the world, Russian-based, dealing with nickel, gold and other precious metals. Siegfried has been in charge of the global M&A transactions of these 2 groups for more than 15 years.
​
In 2012, Siegfried became the founder of IDP Indochina Development Partners Ltd in Cyprus, a company promoting large projects in the Indochina Peninsula.
​
Since June 2017, Siegfried joined N-Mining Limited as a non-executive Director.
